FEATURED PROJECT

A recently completed project is Pacific Dental; a dental office located in the High Park area of Toronto. The project scope was to selectively demolish some of the interior elements and renovate an existing commercial storefront building. This project also included an addition at the rear.

Our consulting included the selection of the consultants as well as assistance with the design and tender package preparation. We also were involved in recommending the contractor award as well as negotiating the final contract price.

During construction we analyzed  project changes and worked with the owner and consultants to advise on the validity of their scope and cost.

Plan Construction Management also assisted with implementing  alternate subtrades for certain key project scopes. We also recommended testing and inspection consultants as required.
